Refund Policy

How refunds and cancellations work for Pulled It subscriptions and paid features.

Last updated: April 18, 2026

This policy describes the refund and cancellation terms for paid features on Pulled It, operated by Derek Osmun. It applies to all subscriptions and one-time purchases made through the Service.

1. Free Tier

The core Pulled It features are free to use with no payment or subscription required. You can create an account, track a collection, maintain a want list, and share your profile at no cost.

2. Subscriptions (Pulled It Pro)

Billing

Paid subscriptions (such as Pulled It Pro) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@pulledit.shop. When you cancel:

  • You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period.
  • Your account will revert to the free tier at the end of the billing period. Your collection, want list, and other data remain intact (subject to any free-tier limits).

Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as described below or as required by applicable law.

  • Monthly subscriptions — no refunds for partial months. Cancellation stops future billing.
  • Annual subscriptions — we may issue a prorated refund for the unused portion within the first 14 days of the billing period at our discretion.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges — we will refund verifiable duplicate or accidental charges within 30 days of the transaction.
  • Service outages — at our discretion, we may credit your account for significant, prolonged service outages.

3. One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases (e.g. lifetime licenses, listing boosts) are final and non-refundable once the associated feature or benefit has been delivered, except where required by law.

4. Statutory Rights (EU/UK Residents)

If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from digital service purchases within 14 days of the transaction. By beginning use of a paid feature immediately after purchase, you acknowledge and agree that we may start performance during the 14-day withdrawal period. You may lose the right to withdraw once service delivery begins.

5. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify existing subscribers via email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your account may be suspended or terminated. Please reach out to support@pulledit.shop first — most issues can be resolved directly.

7. Marketplace Transactions

Purchases between users on the Pulled It marketplace are separate from subscription fees and are not covered by this policy. Pulled It is not a party to user-to-user transactions. Refunds for marketplace purchases must be arranged directly between the buyer and seller. See our Terms of Service for details.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email support@pulledit.shop with:

  • The email address on your Pulled It account
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
