Adventurer and Loremaster subscriptions

Adventurer costs $10 USD per month and Loremaster costs $20 USD per month, plus applicable tax. Both renew monthly until canceled. The next billing date is shown in your billing portal. The subscription refund conditions below apply to either plan.

To cancel, sign in to PulledIt, open Plan & AI credits, choose Manage billing & cancellation, and confirm cancellation in Stripe’s portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; access continues until then. There is no cancellation fee. Canceling does not automatically refund an earlier charge.

Request a full refund within 7 calendar days of an initial or renewal charge if none of that period’s included AI credits have been consumed or remain reserved for a potentially billable request. Reservations disputed as an error can be reviewed before deciding eligibility. Approved subscription refunds remove the paid benefits and included credits for the refunded billing period.

Outside this window, or after included AI credits have been used, unused subscription time is not routinely prorated. We will still review billing errors, undelivered benefits and requests covered by applicable law.

AI credit packs

A pack costs $5 USD for 500 credits, plus applicable tax. Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions; the site does not automatically buy additional packs. Purchased credits do not expire. Credits measure AI processing, not a guaranteed number of game turns.

An entirely unused pack is eligible for a full refund requested within 14 calendar days of purchase. Used or partly used packs are not routinely refundable, but billing mistakes, undelivered purchases and legal rights remain reviewable.

Approved refunds remove the associated credits. Where an approved refund covers already consumed or reserved credits, the account may show a credit adjustment or debt. This is not an additional card charge; paid AI may pause until the adjustment is resolved. Any partial credit-pack refund reverses credits proportionally, rounding up to a whole credit.

Billing mistakes and interrupted AI

Contact us promptly about duplicate or incorrect charges, an unauthorized purchase, or paid benefits that were not delivered. Verified billing mistakes will be corrected or refunded as appropriate; the ordinary eligibility windows do not exclude these cases.

Free-provider limits do not themselves create a paid charge. Paid continuation uses your available AI credits, and usage costs can vary. Before a paid request, the site reserves a maximum allowance and returns unused credits when the provider reports its cost.

If a request is interrupted or cost reporting is missing, reserved credits may remain held while we review the provider charge. Contact support for a review. We correct verified accounting errors or release credits when we can establish that they were not consumed. A disappointing AI answer does not, on its own, mean no processing occurred.

Requesting a refund

Email derekosmun@gmail.com with your PulledIt account email, purchase date, Stripe receipt or invoice reference, and the reason for your request. Your payment email may differ from your PulledIt email. We may ask for reasonable information to verify account ownership.

Never send your password, API keys or full card details. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method, with the associated refundable tax. Bank processing times vary; we will confirm when a refund is submitted.

Cancellation or a refund does not itself delete campaigns. After a downgrade, Free creation limits apply and paid AI requires an available credit balance. Existing campaign access remains subject to the site’s normal account and data-retention rules.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, withdrawal or other consumer rights that applicable law gives you. Where mandatory rights differ from the windows or conditions above, those rights take priority. You do not need to give up your bank or payment-provider dispute rights to contact support.
